It took everything I had to not cry when I dropped Kala off at 7th grade cheer practice this morning. She wouldn't let me walk her in :( I told her she had to give me a hug or else I'd cry really loud and embarrass her! Needless to say, I got a hug. She went with some of her friends and they came home afterward to hang out. I was informed that they don't "play" anymore-they "hang out." Don't cry don't cry don't cry!
So cute. WHy does her uniform say GRRRRRRRRR? Are they the bears???

She looks so cute and she really does look like she's grown up this summer. So sad. I would definately cry!
ReplyDeleteGR=Granite Ridge Susan! Jen-we didn't play in jr. high either silly. She's on 7th grade cheer. There are 26 girls on her team. Crazy huh? THey don't have JV or Var until 10th grade. I remember those days :)
